Based in Gainesville, Florida, BESOA provides trained, qualified volleyball and fastpitch softball officials to schools serving several counties in north central Florida. All of our officials are independent contractors sanctioned by the Florida High School Athletic Association.
BESOA provides opportunities for its members to affiliate with and officiate for other city, national, and collegiate officials' organizations.
BESOA is always looking for officials – new and experienced. We also participate in the FHSAA's Student Officials' Program, a mentoring program for high school students aged 16 and up who are interested in officiating high school sports. Contact us to join or to schedule officials
